Triton Biosciences is a biotechnology company previously located in Alameda, CA. The campus for Triton BioSciences consists of three 2-story buildings of over 960,000 square feet of research, development, and office space. Smith & Sons Electric, as the prime electrical contractor for Triton BioSciences, was responsible for all design and installation of Triton BioSciences' electrical needs.

The Peppertree Business Center was a two building industrial complex situated in Hayward, CA. Smith & Sons Electric was responsible for the design and build-out of nine tenant spaces totaling 360,000 square feet.

Air and Water Technology is located in Belmont, CA. This project was one of many in a 10-story building with existing tenants. Smith & Sons Electric was responsible for both design and construction of the electrical systems for Webcor Builders.
