The project consists of an interpretive museum building of approximately 9,700 square feet, and over 2.5 acres of gardens, native plants, a meandering stream and a pond. The project building consists of a large exhibition hall with an 8,000 gallon trout stream aquarium, history displays and alcoves, a classroom, community meeting room, and administrative offices. Smith & Sons scope of work consists of all power, lighting, communications, audio visual, security, and fire alarm.
