The electrical design incorporates high efficiency transformers with energy efficient lighting and daylight controls. The building has been designed to meet the criteria of LEED Silver and has been registered and submitted to USGBC (United States Green Building Council) for the Silver Level certification. The project design is 21 percent better than California Title 24 and both the owner and the design are eligible for energy rebate incentives.
